Visit our Adoption Center
Villa Michelle
has many beautiful dogs and cats that are available for adoption. Every
animal must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter. The
public is cordially invited to visit the shelter to see these animals
and others.
The actual adoption is free, we only
ask that you pay a small fee to cover the cost of spaying or neutering.
It is very important that the animals placed for adoption are already
sterilized in order be able to control the animal population.
Our
vets have adopted the recommendations of the Humane Society of the
United States (HSUS) and the American Society of the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals (ASCPA) so both the dogs and the cats are sterilized
as juveniles, at only six weeks after birth. So all animals that are
adopted at Villa Michelle have already been spayed or neutered before
leaving the shelter.
